Precision Disc Springs

•Precision manufactured with outside diameters ranging from 4 - 1000mm (0.157" - 39.37"), spring thickness from 0.1 - 60mm (0.004" - 2.36"), plus all standard and custom inch sizes.
•Available with linear, convex, concave or negative characteristics.
•Used in dynamic, impacting or static load applications - depending on customer requirements.
•Capable of many millions of cycles - depending on type of use.
•Complete predictability of force.
•Occupy less space for equivalent forces compared to other spring designs.
•Excellent permanent spring performance from low to elevated temperatures (from -400°F to +1500°F) by selecting appropriate spring materials (steel or others).
•Adaptable to stacking in numerous configurations (stacks).
• Manufactured to the very rigid DIN 2092 and 2093 disc spring specifications (equivalent ASME, SAE or ASTM specification not available).

Ball Bearing Disc Springs

Disc springs with high force, low deflection and pronounced regressive spring characteristics are for backlash compensation, silencing and protection of ball bearings. The regressive characteristic (flat curve in working range) has the advantage that the pre-load variation changes little within a wide range of deflection. Outside diameters OD ranging from 9.8 - 358mm (0.386" - 14.1")
Slotted Ball Bearing Disc Springs: Disc springs with low force and large deflection characteristic are increasingly required for use with small size ball bearings. Outside diameters OD ranging from 9.8 - 94.5mm (0.386" - 3.72"). In cases where higher spring forces are required, the Ball Bearing Disc Springs can be stacked in parallel for corresponding factors of two or more.

Conical Spring Washers

Conical Spring Washers are used to counteract the loss of preload of a bolted connection for bolts of property classes 8.8 to 10.9. They are most effective on axially loaded short bolts where they increase the axial compliance. It should be noted that Fastener Bellevilles are highly stressed components and are therefore only recommended for static or infrequent varying load applications. Nominal Bolt Size ranging from 2 - 30mm (0.08" - 1.18"), are available in a variety of materials and finishes: Spring Steel (Blank / Oiled only, Phosphate & Oiled, Mechanical Zinc Plating, and Mechanical Zinc Plating & Polyamid), Stainless Steel, and Nickel Alloy.
